Operating Expenditure (OPEX)

Annual recurring costs for maintenance, lease, and insurance.

Operating expenditure (OPEX) includes annual costs for maintenance, cleaning, monitoring, lease, insurance, and reserves. Typical OPEX runs at 1–2% of investment costs per year. For Agri-PV, additional costs for agronomic monitoring may apply.
