DIN SPEC 91434 is a technical pre-standard (since May 2021) that defines agri-PV and distinguishes it from ground-mounted PV. It requires at least 66% of the reference crop yield and a maximum of 10-15% permanent land reduction. Compliance with the DIN SPEC is a prerequisite for EEG subsidy eligibility.
